Over the course of several years, PwC Canada staged a move from Toronto's traditional downtown core at King & Bay to 18 York Street, the second office tower built in the brand new SouthCore neighbourhood.

Stephen Ilkiw led the communications planning and execution for PwC. He worked alongside PwC leadership, facilities team, architects, builders and other stakeholders.

Through transparent, positive and timely communications, using a complete toolbox of tactics aligned to thoughtful strategy and planning, over 3000 staff experienced a positive and smooth transition to their new workplace.
