Caledon Ski Club partnered with Bedford Hill Consulting for its first-ever large-scale membership benchmark survey and report.

A tailored member survey was efficiently crafted and distributed within a tight schedule. An onsite visit further ensured report accuracy and context.

A dynamic survey was distributed, allowing members to answer topic areas relevant to their personal experiences.  In all, over 110,000 data points were created. 

The insights derived from this survey will empower Caledon's management, board, and committees for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and project prioritization.
